Pizza Roll Nachos
When you’ve got a hankering for a hearty snack and regular pizza rolls aren’t doing the trick, add a few (two!) extra ingredients and you’ve got a dangerously easy new way to eat your pizza. This non-recipe technique is so easy, even your always-hungry teen can handle it.
Start by preheating the oven or toaster oven to 425°F. Dice your cheese and avocado in large chunks – about half the size of a pizza roll. (No ingredient measurements needed here, folks; the hungrier you are, the more you chop.)
Layer the Totino’s Bold Nacho Blasted Crust Spicy Taco Rolls in your preferred baking vessel. I used a cast-iron skillet, but a baking sheet or casserole dish works too.
Top with your nacho-style toppings and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until pizza rolls are heated through and cheese is melted. I picked avocado to add a “chill” factor to the extra-spicy bold rolls. If you can handle the heat, swap in whatever taco toppings your little heart desires – sliced jalapenos, pepper Jack cheese or even a drizzle of Sriracha are all great topping picks.
