I’m always searching for a new Game Day appetizer. My friends, this is the answer. These Chicken-Bacon Ranch Bombs are packed with flavor and only require five ingredients!

Chicken-Bacon Ranch Bombs

Start by heating vegetable oil in a deep fryer or deep saucepan to 350° F. Meanwhile, separate biscuits into eight. Then, cut each biscuit in half; press dough out into a three-inch circle.

In center of each biscuit circle, add with one piece of chicken, one piece of mozzarella cheese and ½ teaspoon of ranch dressing.

Wrap dough around filling and pinch seams to seal.

Take one piece of bacon and wrap around the filled dough balls. Secure with a toothpick on each side. Repeat.

Drop two bombs into the heated oil. Fry 4 to 5 minutes or until dough is golden-brown on all sides and cooked through. Place fried bombs on a paper-towel lined plate to soak excess grease. Repeat frying process with all remaining bombs. Serve with ranch dressing.
