If there is one combination that I’m always drawn to, it’s blue cheese and bacon. There is something about the salty bacon combined with the tangy blue cheese that is a match made heaven.

With only a handful of ingredients, these Bacon and Blue Cheese Crescents are great party appetizers. The bold flavors, wrapped up in Pillsbury crescent rolls, will make an appetizer you and your guests won’t forget. Whip up a batch for your next party or get-together. You’ll be glad you did!

Here’s how you make them:

Start by opening up your crescent rolls and separating the dough into 8 triangles. Spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese onto each triangle. Sprinkle with blue cheese and then bacon.

Roll up the dough into the classic crescent shape, and place on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake them up until golden brown. Serve warm so that guests can savor the melted cheese.
