STEP ONE: SLICE PEPPERS
Cut four thin slices from the center portion of a green bell pepper. Each slice should be 1/4-inch thick. Chop remaining pepper.
STEP TWO: MIX FILLING
In a large microwaveable bowl, mix chopped bell pepper, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and chopped pepperoni. Microwave the mixture for four minutes, taking breaks to stir every minute so the heat is evenly distributed. Divide mixture evenly among four ramekins.
STEP THREE: ADD CRUST
Unroll dough and press into 14x9-inch rectangle. Cut four circles out of the dough. Cover each ramekin with dough, gently pressing the edges to seal.
STEP FOUR: ADD PEPPERS
Brush dough with egg mixture. Place one pepper on top of each ramekin; press gently to seal. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until dough is golden brown and baked though.
