Pizza-Stuffed Pasta Shells
It was only a matter of time before our in-house pizza expert created the pizza-pasta mashup everyone will (gladly) devour.

Pizza is no stranger at our house. We love it, any way we can get it! Exhibit A , B, and C. We also love pasta. My kids could eat it every day and be satisfied, so I combined our two favorites and that’s when these Pizza-Stuffed Pasta Shells were born!

Pizza-Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ground beef, sliced pepperoni, pizza sauce and gooey mozzarella cheese are what make these shells so great. They come together in no time at all—which is great for busy weeknights.

Start by pre-heating oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. In a large non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, add 1 pound ground beef and 1 clove minced garlic. Brown and crumble beef until no longer pink. Drain any grease. Stir in half the pepperoni pieces (2 ounces) and 1 cup pizza sauce. Cook for 5 more minutes or until mixture is heated through. Remove from heat.

Meanwhile, boil 21 jumbo pasta shells in a large pot of water according to package directions. Drain water.

Stuff each shell with 2 tablespoons of meat mixture, place stuffed shells in a single layer in your prepared pan.

Cover shells with remaining pizza sauce (about 2 cups), 2 cups mozzarella cheese and the rest of pepperoni pieces—another 2 ounces.

Bake for 25 minutes Or Until Cheese Is Melted

Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
