We’re nearing the home stretch of winter, which means we could all use a little comfort food to get us through these last chilly weeks. And for me, comfort food means tuna noodle casserole, like this So-Simple Tuna-Pasta Casserole. (Am I a Midwestern gal or what?)
Even more comforting than this cozy bake is the fact that it comes together with just six ingredients and 15 minutes of prep time. It doesn’t get much easier than that, folks. Feel free to play with the ingredients a bit and find even more ways to love it!
Here's how I make it my own:
- Tuna haters at your table? Make this casserole with canned chicken instead.
- For a cheesy twist, use a 24-oz. bag of pasta, broccoli, carrots and cheese sauce instead of the veggies in garlic sauce. Top with a little shredded cheddar for even more yum.
- Make personal-size servings using this recipe for Lasagna Pasta Pies. Just fill the biscuit cups with tuna-pasta casserole instead.
