Whenever I’m at the grocery store, I usually pick up a rotisserie chicken, or two. I find I can usually get a cooked chicken for the same price as a raw one—sometimes even less! Because I saved myself a few hours of cook and prep time by going the rotisserie route, I’m always halfway to a delicious dinner. This meal, for example, uses ingredients I keep on hand—frozen broccoli, cheese and crescents—and the whole thing preps in 15 minutes.
Here's how I make it my own:
- Try using the extra-flavorful Tuscan Seasoned Broccoli.
- Sprinkle the top of the crescent ring with a little garlic salt before baking.
- Cut into smaller slices and serve as a light lunch for a larger crowd. Can you say Saturday playdate?
