This creamy chicken Alfredo dinner is the latest recipe I whipped up using Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits – my go-to when I’m making dinner in a hurry. This recipe is so easy! I stuffed the biscuits with grilled chicken, chopped bacon and Alfredo sauce and served them with a green salad for a quick dinner my family absolutely loved.
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F and spray eight muffin tin cups with non-stick spray.
Then, in a medium bowl, combine two cups of diced cooked chicken, 1/3 cup of chopped bacon and one jar of Alfredo sauce. Mix together and set aside.
Remove the dough from its can, separating into eight biscuits. Roll each out into five-inch circles, placing one circle into each muffin cup. Firmly press dough into bottom and up the sides of the muffin cup.
Spoon 1/3 cup of chicken mixture into the center of each muffin tin. Take the dough edges and cover the filling up over the top, pinching together.
Bake 15 to 17 minutes, or until the tops of the biscuits are golden-brown. Remove from the oven and let stand five minutes before serving.
