smore panini
Forget the bonfire. These super kid-friendly s’mores can be made right in your kitchen.
By Joanne and Adam Gallagher

Gooey marshmallow with molten chocolate sandwiched between anything has to be good. Throw in a few banana slices and use Pillsbury’s® Simply...® French Bread, and you’ve got yourself an undeniable winner!

The best part? You make it all in a panini maker. So cool, right?

Here’s the setup: You need a can of Simply...® French Bread, a banana, marshmallows and, of course, chocolate.

French bread dough tube, marshmallows, banana and chocolate on a table

Pop open that can of French bread, and then cut the loaf into four equal pieces.

Use your fingers to shape and pull each piece until it is about 6x5 inches. Top half of each piece with chocolate, bananas and a halved marshmallow.

Fold over the other half and pinch the edges together.

Coat the panini press with nonstick cooking spray. Place one or two paninis into the press. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown and the dough has cooked through.
