Mini S’mores Bites How-To

Mini S'Mores Bites
Graham cracker crumbs are topped with marshmallow creme and a drizzle of chocolate for a riff on this classic treat.

Nothing beats a s’more. A hot gooey marshmallow and melted chocolate sandwiched between two crisp graham crackers. Seriously, my mouth is watering. S’mores are always highlighted as a summer food and campfire treat...one that is most enjoyed on cool summer nights.

Not any more.

These super easy Mini S’mores Bites can be made all year long...no campfire needed! Let’s get started.

You will need chocolate chips, butter, graham crackers and marshmallow cream to create these pop-in-your-mouth treats. In small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter.

Line your mini muffin tin with liners. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker crumbs into each cup.

Press the mixture into the liners. You can use the back of spoon. (I used a little wooden utensil that I didn’t know I had.)

Bake at 375F degree oven for 7 to 8 minutes. Let rest in pan for 15 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack.

Using a small scoop, place marshmallow creme into each cup.

Microwave chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons butter uncovered on High for1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds. Let cool and then transfer to a plastic storage bag to pipe onto cups. Snip the tip of the bag to let that chocolate goodness flow!

Put in the refrigerator to set until you are ready to serve. Don’t worry, you can sneak one whenever you want!
