Cookie Stuffed Crescents

I can’t believe what I just did. I snuggled a stuffed cookie inside a crescent roll. You guys! Just when you thought cookies couldn‘t get any better ... they just did. This little treat couldn’t be easier, either. Within minutes you can take that average cookie from ordinary to fantabulous, and be the dessert hero in your house. Who wouldn’t want that? 

To get started, heat oven to 350°F. Line your cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Unroll crescent dough; separating it into 8 triangles. Place 1 cookie on wide end of each triangle. Fold dough up and over cookie to cover completely, then pinch the seams to seal it tightly.

Place your cookie-stuffed crescents on cookie sheet. Sprinkle the tops with chocolate chips.

Bake for about 12 minutes, or until they’re puffy and light golden brown. Don’t forget to serve with a tall glass of milk!
