For me, cereal has always been a ‘round-the-clock food: I can have it for breakfast, and for a late-night snack (and, let’s face it, any point in between!). In the morning I tend to want something more satisfying to tide me over until lunch, and at night I’m all about the sweet and crunchy. Lucky for me, I can get both in one box with Cheerios Protein
