Flaky and sweet Cinnamon Roll Toaster Strudels serve as buns for this super-simple breakfast sandwich. The cinnamon filling is a surprisingly wonderful match for the savory sausage and egg. It’s like a whole breakfast in one easy sandwich. You’ll never look at breakfast the same way.

Sausage and Egg Strudel Sandwiches

Start by toasting the Toaster Strudels according to package instructions. Keep those warm and set aside.

Toaster Strudel

Cook your eggs in a non-stick skillet and then season with salt and pepper to taste. I prefer over-easy but you could even do cheesy scrambled eggs or whatever style your family prefers.

Heat up the sausage patties according to package instructions and place them on top of the bottom toaster strudel bun.

Top with your cooked egg.

Finish it off with the top Toaster Strudel bun and… of course… the included drizzle of frosting! It’s a breakfast party in your mouth!
