This filling roll-up has everything you love about a hearty breakfast all bundled up in one easy-to-eat package.

You know what they say. “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” It gives you the energy you need to power through your day. I feel good when I send my kids off to school with full bellies, because I know their minds can focus on school and not be distracted counting how many grumbles they can hear coming from their stomachs.

The only problem is that dreaded morning rush. When I’m trying to tackle school lunches, finding socks and making sure my kids have all their homework in their backpacks, it can be an afterthought to make them a warm and filling breakfast. But not with these sausage, egg and cheese roll-ups! They’re so quick and easy to make, plus they’re portable, so when time gets the best of me I can send them out the door with breakfast in-hand. My kids love it when they get these breakfast roll-ups in the morning, and I love how filling they are. 

Just scramble up a few eggs and assemble!

I use the pre-cooked breakfast sausages and cheese slices to make this an easy-to-assemble breakfast. Just place a half of a cheese slice on each Pillsbury Crescent triangle, then top with some scrambled egg and a sausage link.

Use a little bit of the reserved beaten eggs to brush on top of each breakfast roll-up, and sprinkle with a little bit of freshly cracked pepper.

Bake them until they turn golden brown.
