A quick and easy breakfast doesn’t have to be bland and boring. These mini breakfast sliders — using just sausage, eggs, cheese and a drizzle of gravy sandwiched between cutouts of Pillsbury original crescents — make for a speedy, yet hearty breakfast the whole family will enjoy!
Start by preheating the oven to 375°F. Remove the crescents from each can and spread out the crescent dough onto two lightly greased cookie sheets. Take a two-inch round cookie cutter and cut 12 circles of dough, making a total of 24 rounds.
Bake the dough circles for eight to 10 minutes, or until golden-brown. Let them stand five minutes to cool.
Take one crescent circle and top it with two tablespoons of scrambled egg, a quarter slice of cheese, one sausage patty and one tablespoon of country gravy. Top with another crescent circle.
Repeat process with all remaining crescent circles and ingredients, making 12 sliders total. Serve immediately and enjoy!
