I’m a grazer. Why eat three square meals a day when you can eat all day long? I don’t know when this habit started, but it definitely goes back to my high school days. I would pack a huge lunch: yogurt, a peanut butter sandwich, at least a few pieces of fruit, pretzels, and a cookie (or two). By the time lunch rolled around, all that was left was my sandwich.
Now that I’m in the working world, not much has changed when it comes to my snacking tendencies. My breakfast is a three-course meal that extends throughout the morning hours. Part of that equation is a yogurt, and I like to switch up the type and flavor, so I’m always on the hunt for something new to try.
