I have the solution! Did you know you can easily turn Pillsbury® crescents into a chocolate breakfast treat? These Chocolate-Dipped Crescents are sure to become a favorite.
Here’s how you make them:
Open the crescents and roll the 8 triangles into crescents. Place on an ungreased baking sheet, and bake according to the package directions. Once baked, let cool completely.
Melt together semisweet chocolate and vegetable shortening. It’s easiest to dip the crescents if you put the melted chocolate into a tall and skinny container. Dip one end of each crescent into the chocolate, and let any excess chocolate drip off.
Place on a wire rack and let the chocolate dry completely. How easy is that?
