Ingredients

  • 1 can (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Thin Crust Pizza Crust
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray.
  • 2
Unroll pizza dough; cut into 6 squares. Place on cookie sheets. Spread pie filling evenly over dough.
  • 3
In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon. Cut in butter, using pastry blender or 2 forks, until mixture looks like fine crumbs. Sprinkle topping evenly over pie filling.
  • 4
Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 15 minutes.
  • 5
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Using fork, drizzle icing over flatbread.
