STEP 2: ADD CARAMEL
Divide the dough pieces evenly between two pans. In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar and melted butter until well-blended. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center.
STEP 3: FORM EARS
Cool the monkey bread in the pans for 10 minutes. To unmold, place a heatproof serving plate upside-down over each pan. Turn the plate and pan over until the biscuits are loose; remove the pan. Using a serrated knife, cut one of the rounds in half to create ears, cutting one of the tips off each half to form a flat edge.
STEP 4: DECORATE
Place the ears on top of the second round; cool completely (about 30 minutes). With reserved icing, draw a nose, mouth, whiskers and the centers of the ears. Decorate with candy sprinkles, colored sugar and candies.
