Blueberry Cinnamon Skillet Pizza How-To

Cinnamon rolls are a real time-saver in this tasty breakfast dish.

Pillsbury® Cinnamon Rolls are a great addition to any breakfast table. They are easy and taste delicious! To bump up the flavor a bit, I decided to pull out some bluberries and my handy dandy cast-iron skillet to see what I could come up with. How about an easy recipe for Blueberry Cinnamon Skillet Pizza?

You will need a can of Pillsbury® Cnnamon Rolls and fresh blueberries.

First, mix the blueberries with some sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch. Set aside.
Unroll the tube of dough. Set the frosting aside...we will use that later. Take each roll and flatten it with a rolling pin or your hand. Place in the skillet.

Continue doing that until you have covered the bottom of the skillet with the rolls. Then press the seams together.

Spread the blueberries on top of the dough.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in a 400 degree oven or until bubbly.

Remove the lid from frosting and microwave for 10 seconds. Drizzle over the blueberries in the pan.

Let sit in pan for 10 minutes. Then slice and enjoy!
