Overnight Trail Mix Oatmeal Bars

This breakfast has everything a working mom could ask for. It preps the day before so the only thing you have to do in the morning is remember to grab it from the fridge. It’s packed with ingredients you can feel good about: yogurt, oatmeal, nuts and dried fruit. And a sweet white chocolate drizzle means the kids are on board with eating it, too—complaint free!

Here’s how I make these bars my own:

  • I whip up a version with the go-to yogurt in our house: Yoplait Original Yogurt in Harvest Peach. 
  • My family likes almonds, so I swap them in for pistachios. 
  • Any dried fruit will work in these bars, so feel free to mix it up! I like dried apricots, especially with the peach yogurt.
