My love for sweet breakfasts goes back for decades. Growing up, I loved eating Pillsbury Toaster Strudel before school. I’d always put extra icing on mine so we’d run out of packets! And almost 20 years later, you’ll still find me layering on the extras.

Instead of more icing, now I dress up my strudel with mix-and-match toppings for special breakfasts that are still quick enough for a weekday morning. With 11 flavors of Toaster Strudel in all, the mix-and-match potential is practically endless, and I’m obsessed all over again! 

As you might have guessed, I like my breakfasts downright dessert-like (some things never change). Who wouldn’t want to wake up to a banana split? And in the fall, I love combinations like pumpkin and chocolate, or my all-time fall favorite, apple and cinnamon
