Everything Pretzel Knots How-To

Everything Pretzel Knots
These tiny pretzel bites have a little bit of everything, including a whole lot of flavor.

STEP ONE: PREPARE DOUGH

Unroll the dough; press into 14x10-inch rectangle. Cut dough in half, lengthwise. Cut into 1-inch strips. There should be 28 in total.

STEP TWO: SHAPE DOUGH

Twist each strip of dough into a knot.

STEP THREE: ADD FINISHING MIXTURE

Brush dough with baking soda and water mixture. Let stand for five minutes, then brush with beaten egg.

STEP FOUR: ADD SEASONINGS

Mix caraway seeds, sesame seeds, onions and salt in small bowl; sprinkle the mixture over the pretzel knots. Bake.
