Very good. I made a few changes.........1 tsp of baking soda, too salty with 2 tsp. also 2 1/2 tsp.. pumpkin pie spices in place of cinnamon and cloves.......Gets better , more moist when a couple of days old...........freezes well..........make in small bread pans, usually 4-5 of them,.. Cranberries, a few nuts and it's even better.........enjoy and experiment............

This is really tasty. I lightened it up a little by switching out half the fat with applesauce, I reduced the sugar to 3/4c and used 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites. I also added raisins and skipped the icing. Turned out very tasty and moist!
