In 3-quart saucepan, mix cooking sauce, chiles in adobo, cumin and chili powder. Stir in turkey; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; simmer uncovered 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of liquid is absorbed.
Meanwhile, heat taco shells as directed on box. Spoon about 1/2 cup turkey mixture in each taco shell. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream.
