Zesty Turkey Tacos

Smoky chipotle chiles in adobo sauce give leftover turkey a kick in these tacos. If you've never tried them, start with one, and take a taste after the taco mixture simmers about 5 minutes. Bravely add more, a little at a time if you like things hot.

1: can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ fire roasted tomato cooking sauce

1: to 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (from 7-oz can), finely chopped

1: teaspoon ground cumin

1: teaspoon chili powder

4: cups shredded cooked turkey

6: Old El Paso® Stand 'N Stuff® taco shells (from 4.7-oz box)

Garnishes, If Desired

: Shredded iceberg lettuce

: Seeded chopped tomato

: Shredded Cheddar or taco-seasoned cheese blend

: Sour cream

Directions

1 In 3-quart saucepan, mix cooking sauce, chiles in adobo, cumin and chili powder. Stir in turkey; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; simmer uncovered 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of liquid is absorbed.
2 Meanwhile, heat taco shells as directed on box. Spoon about 1/2 cup turkey mixture in each taco shell. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream.
