Add a seafood twist to regular pasta salad made with Frozen Peas - wonderful dinner ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz bow tie (farfalle) pasta or small pasta shells
  • 2 (6-oz.) cans water-packed tuna, drained, flaked
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/3 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 3/4 cup purchased fat-free Italian salad dressing

Steps

    Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package, adding peas during last 3 minutes of cooking time. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool.

    In large bowl, combine cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients; stir gently to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time. If desired, serve on lettuce-lined plates.
