Very good. I'm not much on fish, but this is a good way to fix it. My husband even liked it who thinks the only way to eat fish is fresh fried fish out of the lake.

Wow! This was so good. My husband and I really liked it as the taste was excellent and it was different than things I usually make. What a wonderful, unique recipe to pass on to my adult children.
