Zesty Beef and Corn Sandwiches

cup chopped onions

medium green bell pepper, chopped

(12-oz.) bottle spicy barbecue sauce

to 2 tablespoons prepared mustard

(11-oz.) can whole kernel corn

  • 1 In large skillet, brown ground beef until thoroughly cooked. Drain.
  • 2 In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, combine browned ground beef, onions, bell pepper, barbecue sauce and mustard; blend well.
  • 3 Cover; cook on low setting for about 4 hours, stirring in corn during last hour of cooking time. Serve in buns.
