I Love this recipe and not having to boil potatos. It is easy and it taste great. I was able to "fool" a few people, but they loved it. I may never make regular potato salad again.

This was good and I would probably make again because it has a nice light refreshing flavor, but I don''t think you would confuse it for potato salad.

I made this salad today and did not like it at all. My husband said it was just edible but that''s it. I can''t pinpoint my reasons, I just didn''t care for it.

This salad is great. It really does taste like potato salad, but with way less calories. My entire family loves it!

I made this for an office birthday lunch celebration and everyone loved it! Had to log on to the website to print the recipe for everyone! I did use regular mayo (Hellmans) instead of the low fat, it was still great!

My children, who all turn their nose up everytime I eat cauliflower, liked this salad. They didn''t even know it was cauliflower until I told them. This is a wonder salad.

I have made this salad and taken it to work for pot-luck. Everybody loved it. I am on Weight Watchers. This has 3 points per serving as oppossed to 10 points for potato salad. Excellent!!
