I'm not sure what I did wrong but these turned out pretty bland for me. I did increase the amount of dried apricots and added dried pineapple. I also used greek yogurt with honey instead of the plain. It is what I had in my frig. It seems like they browned too quickly on the outside while not yet done in the middle. I put them back in the oven to finish baking the inside, maybe that made them too dry.

Delicious! Easy! I used blueberries as they are more to my taste. Also, I might try pairing the blueberries with a lemon yogurt. Very simple recipe to work/ play with!

Theses Scones are very good I doubled apricots the second time I made them and they were even better

These were really good. I did have to add a little more milk as the dough seemed a little dry. I also substituted half the sugar for honey. Instead of a 10 inch round I made a rectangle on a cookie sheet, and cut it into bars. The apricots were good. Will try it with dried pineapple next time for variety.
