1: cup of sugar

1: cup of CREAMY peanut butter (chunky doesn't taste right)

1: egg

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 375F.
2 Mix together sugar and egg til mixed.
3 Add in peanut butter and mix together.
4 Place on cookie sheet and press down with a fork in a criss cross shape.
5 Bake for 10 minutes at 375F.

IS this recipe for real? Flourless cookie recipe REALLY or is this an omission of the flour that was needed in the recipe? Have never heard of a cookie recipe working with just sugar, peanut butter and an egg!

You can add some extra sugar on top (colored or regular) before pushing down with a fork.
