Ingredients

large dark-orange sweet potato, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

(14 1/2-oz.) can ready-to-serve chicken broth

(14.5-oz.) can chunky tomatoes with garlic and Italian herbs, undrained

cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. 1 In 3 1/2 to 4-quart Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker, combine all ingredients except parsley; mix well.
  2. 2 Cover; cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours.
