Ingredients

cup uncooked whole-grain wild rice (not cracked or broken)

cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1
medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1
medium stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1
medium carrot, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
2
tablespoons butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
1
container (32 oz) Progresso™ original chicken broth
5
cups herb-seasoned cubed stuffing

Directions

  1. 1 In 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients except stuffing.
  2. 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 5 hours.
  3. 3 Gently stir stuffing into rice mixture. Cover; cook 45 to 60 minutes longer or until stuffing is moist and tender.
  4. 4 Just before serving, gently stir mixture.
