Delicious!!! Probably the best cookies ever. I like them minus the lemon zest, nutmeg, and half the vanilla.

These cookies are delicious! I almost feel guilt free eating them since there's only one stick of butter and 1 cup of sugar in the entire recipe! The lemon zest adds a very bright flavor and it pairs well with the nutmeg giving the cookies and batter a spicy earthy texture and taste.
