"Best dessert we've had in months" was my husband's comment. My son asks "When are you going to make that pie again?" Excellent flavor, smooth and silky taste, great dessert for a special occasion. I prepared the crust, and the raspberry sauce the day before, made the filling early in the morning the next day, relatively easy to do. Looked as special as it tasted. A "keeper" recipe.
