Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 oz. white chocolate baking bar or vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark), cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons rum

Steps

    In medium saucepan, combine cream and powdered sugar; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Remove from heat; stir in baking bar and rum until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth. Serve warm or cool. Store in refrigerator.
