These are by far the EASIEST cookies I have ever made. And they are sooo good. My daughter hates coconut & she still loved them!! Everyone at work loved them too.

Easy and Excellent! These are so quick and easy to make and my husband just loved them. I'd like to try some chopped cherry in these. Not sure how it would work out. I've already passed this recipe on to others with high recommendation.
