These are wonderful, and look festive on a cookie tray. A few years ago, a friend and I made 8 different bar cookie recipes at our annual December cookie bake. We voted these "Best of the Day" and our families agreed.
If you (or your public library) happen to have the 1997 Pillsbury Best Cookies Cookbook, a photo of these is on page 150, recipe is on page 153.
