I made this for a Thanksgiving party this year and it was a big hit! I made it two days early, stuck it in the freezer right away, and re-heated it, and it still tasted great. Re-heated the leftovers for another party a few days later and still it held up. The one tip I would do is add confectioner's sugar on top, as my fiance remarked it looked like "a pile of bread" and not a dessert, so some sugar really spruced it up. Delicious!
