Excellent recipe. I added an additional tbsp of milk to make the topping more manageable. I will definitely make these squares again!

This recipe is excellent! I had no problem spreading the apricot filling but I did add an additional tbsp milk to the topping to make it more manageable. Will definitely make again!

It's impossible to spread the apricot filling over the base mixture and to spread the topping over the apricots without mixing it all together. The vanilla crumb base is wonderful, the apricots compliment it, but when combined with the icing, the squares are overwhelmingly rich.
