(16-oz.) pkg. (2 1/3 cups) dried great northern beans, sorted, rinsed

cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil

(2 1/4-oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained

Directions

  1. 1 In 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients except tomatoes and olives; mix well.
  2. 2 Cover; cook on high setting for 4 to 5 hours. Stir tomatoes and olives into bean mixture before serving.
