White Bean-Turkey Meatball Chili

Ground turkey is a good choice for meatballs with good flavor and texture but less fat than those made with ground beef and/or pork. A touch of sugar in the chili brings out the flavor of the vegetables.

This seems too thin to be chili, it's more like a soup. It might not need all of that chicken soup. I didn't have a 28 oz can of tomatoes so I used a 14 oz can of tomatoes and a 15 oz can of tomato sauce. Otherwise, it seems fairly tasty. I'll probably try it again without so much oc the chicken soup.
