This is a keeper! Although labor intensive it's worth it in the end. It was great. I used frozen raspberries in place of the fresh and it was good. This is a yummy, elegant recipe.

I've made this maybe 5 or 6 times, and although it is a time committment, it is FABULOUS! You won't be sorry - everyone I've served this to has been blown away.

This recipe may have been a bit of a pain to make, but it was well worth it in the end and I would for SURE make it over and over again!

Total pain in the arse to make, but really tastes GREAT!!
I would go through the pain of making it over and over again just because it was so tasty!

This dessert turned out perfectly. The taste was wonderful and not too rich. I took it to a barbecue and it was gobled up in a matter of minutes.
I ended up needing to double the semi-sweet chocolate and butter in order to have enough to cover the whole tart. Otherwise the recipe is spot on!

This was a fun recipe to make. Might be difficult though for novice bakers. I didn't particularly like the taste of top chocolate shell. Next time I might use white chocolate instead. Everyone at work loved it though!

I made this recipe in individual 4x1 in. tart pans. I just rolled out the dough a little and then cut circles to fit the size of the pans. They turned out great! I plated them on dessert plates with a scoop of ice cream. Everyone was impressed. I will make it again!

A great recipe to "wow" with! I made this tart for Valentine's Day and ended up making another for family and friends. Simply wonderful!

Y'all must be better cooks than me. I couldn't get the top layer to spread evenly; it was streaky and the edges were bare. A lot of work for a novice, but it did taste fantastic, and Mrs. Low loved the Valentine's Day treat!
