This was a great weeknight dinner in the summer. The sauce was light and a nice blend of flavors for a unique taste.

This is awesome. I have a rotisserie so this was really easy. I've also use turkey in place of the chicken -- just as good (of course use the rotisserie as well). I wouldn't suggest "canned chicken" because you would lose most of the flavor.

I used 2 cans of chicken since that's what I had on hand it it still worked out great!!
