Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line small cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or foil. With small knife, carefully cut jack-o'-lantern face in top of Brie, gently removing white outer crust and some of the cheese from under the cuts to reveal the face.
  • 2 Using small spoon, spoon 1 tablespoon apricot spreadable fruit into cutouts of face. Place Brie on cookie sheet.
  • 3 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until sides feel soft and Brie is warm. Serve with remaining 1/2 cup apricot spreadable fruit, apples and crackers.

Expert Tips

We suggest serving this dip with apple slices, but it tastes great with pear slices, too.

Brie is a soft, rich and buttery cheese with an edible white coating or rind. When heated, it becomes very soft and spreadable.

Simple and easy to make! Excellent with Tangerine Marmalade mixed with Seedless Raspberry Preserves as well. Gives it that glowing look.....
