Warm Apple Radicchio Flatbread

Ingredients

can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated artisan pizza crust with whole grain*
1/3
cup apple butter

to 6 oz chèvre (goat) cheese, crumbled
2
apples, cored and thinly sliced
1/2
head radicchio, thinly sliced
1/2
large sweet onion, thinly sliced
3
slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 15x10-inch pan with cooking spray. Unroll dough in pan; starting at center, press out dough to edges of pan.
  2. 2 Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. 3 Spread apple butter on crust, leaving 1/2 inch around edges. Sprinkle with goat cheese. Place apple slices on top, then radicchio and onion. Top with bacon
  4. 4 Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until top starts to brown.
  5. 5 Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
