Warm Apple Radicchio Flatbread

Ingredients

can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated artisan pizza crust with whole grain*
1/3
cup apple butter
4
to 6 oz chèvre (goat) cheese, crumbled
2
apples, cored and thinly sliced
1/2
head radicchio, thinly sliced
1/2
large sweet onion, thinly sliced
3
slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 15x10-inch pan with cooking spray. Unroll dough in pan; starting at center, press out dough to edges of pan.
  • 2 Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  • 3 Spread apple butter on crust, leaving 1/2 inch around edges. Sprinkle with goat cheese. Place apple slices on top, then radicchio and onion. Top with bacon
  • 4 Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until top starts to brown.
  • 5 Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.

*All breads made with at least 8 grams whole grain. At least 48 grams whole grain recommended daily.

Substitute grated Gouda cheese for goat cheese, if preferred.

This pizza reheats well. Wrap leftover pizza in foil and refrigerate. Reheat in 350°F oven 10 minutes.
