Waldorf Chicken Salad

Ingredients

DRESSING

(8-oz.) container low-fat plain yogurt

tablespoons honey

teaspoon ginger

SALAD

cups cubed cooked chicken

cup chopped apple
1
cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/2
cup thinly sliced celery
1/2
cup raisins

lettuce leaves, if desired

tablespoons chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well.
  2. 2 In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except lettuce and walnuts. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.
  3. 3 To serve, arrange lettuce on 4 individual plates. Spoon salad over lettuce. Sprinkle with walnuts.
