Great recipe. I did not have all the ingredients so I improvised. I used a tube of Crescent Rolls, a bag of mixed veggies containing corn, peas, carrots and green beans though I removed all the green beans. I also did not have shredded cheese on hand so I used sliced white American cheese to top off the veggies on the crescent rolls. I added some cut up (very small) pieces of mozzarella cheese to the eggs and milk and poured over the veggies. I chose not to add hot sauce to the eggs. I baked as directed and it was delicious! I offered the hot sauce, ketchup and even sour cream for anyon

This recipe can be altered in so many ways and remain delicious. I did not have most of the actual ingredients listed. I ended up using a tube of Crescent Rolls, a bag of frozen mixed veggies (corn/peas/carrots/green beans - I removed all the green beans), I did not have shredded cheese so I used sliced American cheese to place on top of the veggies. I then mixed some left over mozzarella that I cut into tiny pieces with the eggs and milk and poured it over the cheese, veggies and crescent rolls. I baked as directed and it was wonderful. I also chose not to put the hot sauce in the eggs,

This is a very good recipe and easy to make adjustments to, I made it with cooked bacon and left out the hot sauce it was very good and I would make it again. I would give it four stars but when I clicked on one star it stayed there and I did not know how to correct my error
