It was quick and easy, but a little bland. I substituted chicken and added some parm cheese along with some red pepper flakes for a little heat.

This is delicious! It was so simple, quick and inexpensive. As a graduate student I have so little time and money for cooking, but this recipe was really a treat. I'm a vegetarian, so the soy crumbles were perfect for me, but you could definitely use real sausage in it too! I will DEFINITELY be making this recipe again. Far too perfect not to!

My boyfriend and I really love this recipe! Neither of us are vegetarians, so next time I might use real meat. I'm not a fan of the texture of the soy crumbles.
